Weekly Wednesdays beginning April 25, 2012 4:30- 6:00 pm 6:15 - 8:00 pm 6925 Chabot Road Oakland, CA 94618 These 90+ minute wednesday afternoon/ evening classes are designed to fit into your busy schedule and provide targeted self-care and mindfulness. Classes will include small group check-ins for folks to get stuff off their chests, an extended practice of mindfulness, and at times mindful movement. There will be less emphasis on theory (except as needed, or when people ask) and more attention to thoroughly creating a space for relaxation and recovery of resilience, as well as opportunities for people to ask specific questions related to deepening their practice, addressing challenges, etc. Come with or wearing comfortable clothes, bring water, bring a yoga mat if you'd like. (We'll have a limited supply of mats, blankets, and sitting cushions.) Gabriel will also be available for 60 or 90 minute individual sessions for deeper individualized support, either before or after classes, with advance notice.
